That would be an extremely small drop of water. A drop of water is generally considered to be roughly 0.05 mL in volume, though this, of course, depends on the size of the dropper opening, etc. Your drop is around 1/28th of this volume.

Also, the number would be ever so slightly less than stefen's answer, as the density of water at 20 C is not quite 1.00 g/mL. However, given that your drop size happens to be almost exactly 1/10,000 of a mole, this should have been very easy to calculate, at least approximately, mentally, without requiring much thought at all.

In future, please make at least some attempt to answer such questions yourself. Spoonfeeding and requests for such are frowned upon by most members of this forum and this is not supposed to be a free source of people to perform your basic calculations at your beck and call.

Next time please do the following:

0.0018 ml of water is 0.0018 gram of water. One mole of water is 18 grams of water, so your (very small) drop of water contains 0.0018/18 = 0.0001 mole of water.

One mole is 6.02*10²³, so you have 6.02*10²³*0.0001 molecules of water.
