Alcohol content Vs Water Content is to great in the side of water, it's suck the energy too fast for the alcohol to get is flashpoint.

The partial vapor pressure of the alcohol immediately above the wine (at room temperature) is not high enough; the flash point of the resulting
equilibrium alcohol-water-air vapor mixture being above the temperature of an applied flame. It would be different, however, if the alcohol was being
distilled off to make brandy, as the vapor composition would be up to that of the constant-boiling-azeotrope of about 89% alcohol, which would be
easily inflammable.

It's 96% alcohol. I've tried it with strong(60% alcohol) brandy: it burns.
