Hello,
I'm from Germany and my English is very sad.
So I would made a lot of mistakes :D

I want change the NO2 from Picric Acid with Cl

Piric acid --> trichlorphenol

does somebody know how I should do this?

The reaction doesn't seem that straight as you writed....:D

If your chemistry knowledge is not sufficient, you can injure yourself seriously by attemping to make picric acid!
Also Cl2 and NO2 aren't breathy as air! Be careful!

If you need a picric acid synthesis you can search in google, also in this fourum.

Here is a scientifical one, not got from a cookbook: http://www.roguesci.org/megalomania/explo/picric_acid.html

what happened to my post?

i already wrote: R-NO2+NaNO2+HCl-->R-N2
R-N2 can be displaced by chlorine
