1Watt UV LED circuit ready for spectrometer testing

dhaffnersr - 1-4-2016 at 08:36

I just finished the prototype for my 1W UV LED for my spectrometer, I redesigned the driver circuit to run it at 350Mw and am using a 10k trimmer POT to control the reference voltage, I'll be testing it next week when I get my UV disposable cuvettes in (I get tired of cleaning the quartz one's I have.):(

Some specs on the LED: it's a Prolight 1 Watt UV LED cost$6.95US wavelength is 400nm-405nm at 350Mw(LED is mounted on a heat sink.)

circuit is powered with an Eveready ultra lithium ion battery(100Ma continuos)

coupled with an LED driver max rating at 350Ma/ 10k trimmer POT used to control reference voltage.
