There is an e-bay seller offering a Mel-Temp unit for $30 + shipping which he says is good for parts. I have a sneaking suspicion that this unit might
actually work and he does not know it. The photo shows the light bulb getting power. The cover for the light is missing but one can be easily
fabricated. I have made a couple of low-ball offers but no bite. Just search "mel temp" in business and industrial and it will pop up. I would buy it
but I already have two melting point units. Hope someone gives ita try.
