Gaussian 09

DubaiAmateurRocketry - 30-6-2018 at 15:43

A pretty commonly used thermodynamics software in the literature, does anyone have access to it?

In alphabetical order: ADF, Dalton, GAMESS, Jaguar, PSI4, Qchem, and Spartan are a few free-ish alternatives. Depends what you need to do, I reckon.

Really? some of the above you listed, such as Spartan, costs thousands on their website.

Sorry, I haven't personally checked any of them. They were in a list I found that suggested them as alternatives when I googled for free alternatives.

I can use Gaussian 09 through the University of Minnesota. What do you want to use it for?

thanks for the input metacelsus, well, a lot of stuff, like theoretical energetic compounds.
