Other uses for MMO?

I was planning on constructing a basic chlorate cell to make some potassium chlorate. Initially, I was going to get some MMO anodes, but due to the fact that graphite will probably be overall cheaper considering the small quantities I want, I'm probably going to go with that.

However, I was wondering if there were any uses for MMO anodes besides chlorate cells (or pool chlorinators I guess), that would warrant purchasing some for various other electrochemical experiments, because in that case I'd probably get some.

Are there any other reactions that MMO comes into use without destroying the electrode?

they are mainly used as cathodic protection anodes where they are tolerant of highly alkaline conditions so as long as the applications have alkaline conditions im sure they will be fine so dont go running them in sulfuric acid or that will kill them!
