So depending on who you believe, between 700 and 1300 C..Note that the alkali and alkaline earth carbonates start to decompose at temperatures below the stated decomposition temperature; CO2 is released but at a low partial pressure, the decomposition temperature is general that when the partial pressure of CO2 reaches one atmosphere. This means that you can get decomposition at a lower temperature if you apply a vacuum or sweep out the CO2 with a stream of hot inert gas.

Li2CO3 => Li2O + CO2
