Hydrazinium Pentazolate is claimed to have a Detonation Velocity of 10,400m/s.
Many promising stuff was just published here.
The VOD might be slightly too exaggerated though, they still seem to be promising, if their impact / friction sensitivity is as claimed

The reported Pcj is quite low though, on the order of PETN and RDX, which I find a bit dissapointing.
