TACP from membrane electrolysis full process.

This proceedure works for KClO4 or NaClO4 as starting material.

membranes here are made of agar + NaCl
porous barrier is shown in video but agar membrane is better.
if you use membrane out of agar or any other then you wont have to worry about CuO formation due to backflow of ions through osmosis when the cathode cell gets too basic.
