Scilogex Hot plate and Stirrer with no Power

I am a beginner in Electronics and I do need a rundown on things to check to find out where the fault is in the MS-HS Scilogex Hotplate stirrer, as no power is seen at all when plugged.

Fuse and power output to the PCB is checked with multimeter and V reading is 120 V between L and N at the PCB soder.
Further not so sure where to check and how - any details or guidance will be very much appreciated.

Hard to tell. It might be easier if you post some photos of the innards of the thing.
