yes, I certainly did not know that some peasants added a cocktail of minerals to the ground, but these industrial farmers put a lot of chemicals in
farmland, and here we would enter the transmutation of the 3 kingdoms of Nature, and that is taboo for a lot of people here. :-=
sea water have all periodic table, "good" and "bad" metals etc.

Fasting is "good", if people do not make fasting, get the flu and make a forced fasting??? I don't know about you, but when I catch the flu I'm 4 or 5
days without eating anything, only drinking water...

When I catch the flu, it is because I wasn't vaccinated for that strain (seldom happens).
And I take some theraflu and go about my day as normal.
Modern medicine is a wonderful thing.
