H2SO4?

I was just trying to figure out the amount of each reactant needed for TACN (tetraamine copper nitrate) when I came up with this equation:

CuSO4 + 2NH4NO3 + 2NH4OH --> Cu(NH3)4(NO3)2 + H2SO4 + 2H20

Could this be possible as a route to H2SO4?

So... what did you do over the weekend?

Cu(NH3)4(2+) + 2 H2SO4 = Cu(2+) + 2 (NH4)2SO4

Tetrammine complex, like most complexes, needs alkaline solution.
