5-ATZ(Aminotetrazole)

I recently synthesized 5-ATZ and I obtained nice crystal.
But, when I measured the melting point of them, I observed its melting point was 130 even lover.
the melting point of boric acide is 180 c, so the observed melting point didn't belong to it. For measuring, I left some crystal in oven(not dry) at 100 for 30 min.
I followed the US 5451682 patent. after addition of acid, cooled the solution, and then filtered with ice de-ionized water.
SO, what do you think about it?
where is my mistake?
