Is this polar?


I've looked up and down all over the internet about this chemical, even Alfa's msds doesn't tell me.

Is 1-(3-Trifluoromethyl)phenylpiperazine polar? Or non polar?

This should have been asked in the beginnings section. Did you draw the molecule? Estimate the net dipole?
