Is this company a scam ?
I ordered online a small plastic "gadget" they sell, they asked me for a copy of my DL, I faxed it. Got a couple email confirmations, then after a few
days noticed it was the wrong size ( not # 3 but 000 ).
I have not received anything yet, they said it has shipped, but are not answering my emails, posted message on their Web site, or phone calls.

I decided not to try to exchange it, I called my credit card company and asked them to cancel my purchase. They said I will have to give the vendor 30
days, if in the meanwhile I receive anything I will return it to then. If I get nothing sent to me I think I will be able to cancel this purchase
anyway.
I will not buy anything from them again you bet.
