Does anyone know if the top part (the cabinate) seperates from the lower drawer half ? if so is it bolted on? how does it come off?

Asking because I haven't went and looked at it yet and it would be much easier for me to move if it separates.

That's an awesome find!

If you know the make and model you may be able to find some manual online that would have assembly diagrams.

I would guess that it can be disassembled for the reason you said.

Thanks guys... I don't know many people who share the same enthusiasm as I do for this kind of stuff. I haven't gotten it home yet but I went and took a look at it today and everything works! it is in awesome shape. The blower system works, the over head lights work and the outlets. The fume hood never saw much use, they bought it and seemed to only use it a few times and its just been sitting ever since.
