How to make a spherical ammonium perchlorate or granules?
Is it can be achieve by re-crystallization? :)

what about spherical agglomeration technique? Is there any full text for this? :(

I believe spherical granules are formed by spraying the hot saturated solution from the top of a tall cylindrical tower, up which, heated air is being blown.

If you look up the industrial preparation of ammonium nitrate granules, you should find a fuller description of this process, it's fairly common.

It's not really suited to home use, as the towers need to be 20 - 30 metres tall.

All sorts of chemicals are made in to prills using this process.
They are more easily handled than crystals or fine powders that can pack or cake.
