Seriously?
If you really don't know what to do grab crampons and ice axe and go up the next mountain. Or go scuba diving. Or fishing. Or whatever - just go out and don't waste your time mixing random chemicals. This will give you new ideas.

When you're back from fishing, might be worthwhile to make some more HNO3. It's a wonderfully useful reagent, & watching it distill into the receiver might prompt your Muse :)

You should find out beforehand however long it takes you which reactions you would like to do, then see if you have the chemicals, and if not, make them from your existing chemicals. I don't know about you, but I almost always have a list of reactions I want to do, and if I don't, then there is probably some reagent I don't have that i could possibly synthesize. It is kind of funny though you listed your whole stockroom and have no idea of anything to do. :D

I have a whole list of things I have thought about doing, I need to make more nitric acid, I want do some reductive aminations, make some lactones, make some organometallics via transmetalation of grignard reagents and I also want to play around with some dye chemistry. I am not completely out of ideas, the true point of the post is to kind of see if there are some reactions that I could do that I have missed, is there any set of reactions using my reagents or some of my reagents and some others that I would need to make or buy that would be interesting. I am only looking for suggestions.

As for the climbing a mountain suggestion, truly that sounds beautiful, I really do need to clear my head I feel.

Then why don't you do exactly what you are wanting to do? Syntheses take time, during that time you can further explore for yourself what you are interested in doing. It seems you are asking for ideas when you already have some. There are possibly thousands of things can do with your selection of chemicals, so it's sort of hard to even start giving ideas. You said you want to do organometallics, grignards dyes and stuff, well research their syntheses and get to it! In my opinion trying to build or get ideas for a synth from a massive list of chems is useless, personally i think just choose a target or something, like you have, then look at the literature and find routes to your compound. :)
