I'm sure we've all said things we regret.

Though this site is considered old, I think it is a great model. Great use of whitespace- not a layout overcrowded with text and images/ads harming the ability to deliver a clear message. Other forums often use rules/style meant to maximize ad revenue, like forbidding "necroposting"- spreading knowledge over many pages so more threads/pages/ads-spaces are created and must be viewed/navigated to digest a subject.

Also the decorum keeps the "signal-to-noise ratio" high.
