What do you consider as the most exotic element ?
I am curious what you think is the most exotic element.
I kick off .... C, element number 6.
Reason ?
Almost unmeltable (it it ever obtained in its liquid state ?), very heat resistant (sublimation 3700 C) , higher than any other element, chemically
rather inert, but because we live in an oxidizing atmosphere, it can be used as a fuel.
Many allotropic forms of which one is the hardest known material.
And most compounds (organic chemistry).

Technetium - the lightest element with no known stable isotopes.
It occurs naturally only within uranium ores where it is produced by radioactive decay
and technetium stars where heavier elements are produced naturally.
