More anti-chemical alarmism

No amount of chemical restrictions would ever stop a determined terrorist. Rather, overly tight restrictions on chemical acquistition for private persons will contribute to the dumbing down of society: many prominent and talented scientists claim that their careers were sparked by an ability to do chemistry or biology experiments as a curious and inquisitive child.
