The best method of preparing this compound is to react 2 nitrochlorobenzene with aniline;

This link is to a box on the sites library that give the preparation of 2 nitrochlorobenzene and aniline:

Dye intermediates

On the some site you will also find "the chemistry of powder and explosives" in which under the heading of hexanitrodiphenylamine you will find details of the reaction between aniline and various nitrochlorobenzenes. You'll just have to modify them accordingly.
