The coating is not plastic, it's a water-based varnish (<a href="http://youtu.be/JyumWUg_MXM?t=3m37s" target="_blank">ref.</a> <img
src="../scipics/_yt.png" /> . It contains no bisphenol A—as far as I'm
aware—which is (was) used as a plasticizer in some consumer products.

href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endocrine_disruptor#Bisphenol_A_.28BPA.29" target="_blank">endocrine disruptor bisphenol A</a> <img
src="../scipics/_ext.png" /> <em>may be</em> less of a direct threat
overall than the artificial sweeteners and the proprietary coloring additives in the drink itself.

Amusingly, I met a woman who helped discover the effects of bisphenol A at a conference. Her name escapes me at the moment, but when asked, she said
she still microwaves her child's plastic baby bottle with milk and did not think the in vivo effects were significant. She probably knows among the

There can be a big difference between bioavailabilities between inhalational and ingestional routes of administration, and the two are not necessarily
comparable, though this is ligand dependent. Any metal shaving inhalation is a health (including carcinogenic) risk. As a general rule, localization
can also have effects depending on tissue specific receptor or enzyme expression, which is largely why substances can be acutely toxic to specific
organs, though vascularization is typically required to get dosages above toxicity threshold.

Agree about most Naturopaths; they usually aren't first rate. Ear-candling however, seems to work. As do many other remedies. Before Antibiotics,
some of this stuff was the only game in town. Now, in the impending post antibiotic era,
old time treatments may re-emerge. And, via the Eastern Europeans, Phages may come into vogue.
