Dear chemists i need your help. How can i convert from concentrate to FOLD. For example 6 mg/ml sample how many fold pls tell me
(0.03 g sample dispesed in 5 g water, so how many fold ?)

A fold dilution is usually a serial dilution from an original solution. A ten fold dilution means you make a solution ten times more dilute than the original. You need to multiply you solvent volume by a factor of ten to get a ten fold molar solution. You use the mass for molal.
