You should maintain the records for DOT inspection for 3 years.
I ship dangerous goods on a rather frequent basis, usually in semi-bulk. So let's look it up under the HMT and see what restrictions there are on
shipping it:
Oh wait, it's not there specifically. Doesn't necessarily mean it's shippable w/o training.
It would go as a DOT 8 : Corrosive solid, n.o.s. (Hydrazine sulfate) : UN1759 PG: II
You can probably ship it in an overpack under a DOT Special Permit.
We also use that salt on a rather frequent basis, so if you want to sell all of it, I would be interested.

I pass on that crap when dealing with individuals and small quantities. UPS and FedEx both send environmental samples without further inquiry.

I have found a source of N2H4 24% in water for 84.4€/5L in Belgium I thought it was forbidden by European regulations.
