Liquid metal surface tension change w/ 1 volt

by charging the metal with only 1 volt, the surface oxide level is removed, and the tension drops from 500, to 2.

Can be used for extendable antennas, and maybe liquid circuit connections in rotating bearings

in PNAS soon

NICE. I have some galinstan. years back I applied voltage to it, and watched the surface of the metal swirl about one of the electrodes. might have to try that one again when I get a chance. thanks for sharing
