Not that I am aware of. In some places, companies have started not selling to individuals for fear of repercussions from law enforcement agencies if
the reagent is found being used for illegal purposes, but this goes without saying for a wide array of other reagents as well.
I hear mention of it being a reagent of interest, but as far as I know, there isn't a reporting structure for borohydrides. I mean they are a family
of very general reducing agents, and it would be kind of hard for them to be made forbidden.
