Titanium/MMO Electrodes?

Hello SM. :)

I have a bunch of Duran bottles lying around, more than I know what to do with. I figured I could turn one of them into a chlorate cell, as chlorates are hard (impossible) to acquire here in Denmark.

However, eBay is turning up surprisingly few results. Does anyone make these? :)

I know it is possible if you're skilled with a spot welder - I am not, however.
If you sell these please give me a PM. I'd love to buy some.

I've actually attempted something like this. Project halted when the 2nd voltage limitor for my AC motor didn't work.

I'd really prefer a predone solution.
