In alphabetical order: ADF, Dalton, GAMESS, Jaguar, PSI4, Qchem, and Spartan are a few free-ish alternatives. Depends what you need to do, I reckon.

Really? some of the above you listed, such as Spartan, costs thousands on their website.

Sorry, I haven't personally checked any of them. They were in a list I found that suggested them as alternatives when I googled for free alternatives.
