Help with HP 3396 A Integrator

Hi,

I recently bought a HP 3396 A Integrator from ebay, but it does not print normal letters. The printout looks more like morse code.

I was wondering if this is connected with an empty ink cartridge ore with the software of the integrator.

Hi
Ink cartridge holes may been clogged, Try to clean it.
Ink cartridge contacts can be dirty, clean them.
Or...flat cable may be damaged or electronics is dead.
