According to this video you can legally buy dynamite in Bolivia.
So I guess that other stuff like iodine or red phosphorus is also legal,unlike in USA.

Yes,some people were executed or thrown in prison.They were spying for the CIA.
But hopefully left wing politics will fail.
Oh one more thing.Is there a state in the USA where you can still legally buy dynamite?until 1938 you could order it from catalogs and they sent you
in post.Even children could buy it in general stores.The good old days are gone,terrosrists and drug makers ruined amateur chem forever

Well it may be legal in some states.Im not American but I heard that in Texas even glassware is illegal.And New Jersey bans all pyrotechnics.

They're listed chemicals which means there is record keeping and reporting requirements for sellers. This has nothing to do with buying or owning
them.
And glassware is not illegal in TX nor are pyrotechnics illegal in NJ. You're making (or repeating) very broad generalizations. There's permitting
requirements in TX for certain glassware as well as pyro for NJ.
This is akin to saying driving a car is illegal because operation requires a license.

I have a friend who lived in La Paz, Bolivia for a number of years.
While it is certainly true that all manner of random things might be for sale in an unrestricted kind of a way, the availability of things in general
is a whole lot less than what we are used to. Electricity is unreliable and the infrastructure does not stretch far. You can buy petrol in glass
bottles from tents at the side of the road. And do not rely on the mail service for anything.
It does not really seem to me to be an amateur chemist's paradise.
OTOH, the Bolivian salt lakes, high in lithium salts would seem to be a very valuable resource. I hope, for the sake of the local people, that the
country begins to utilise this in an environmentally sound and fiscally responsible kind of a way and that it does not become the focus of local
extortion or foreign exploitation.

I fail to see the relation between beeing able to buy dynamite and a chemist paradize.
The more you post the more I'm certain you'll end up badly: maimed or in jail.
Or banned. That would probably be good for you.
Taking into account your current trajectory I'd rather not know what you become. This will end badly 
Btw, Sendero Luminoso working for CIA seems... unlikely.

Some places are better than others. We got a tip-off about this place by the Democracy monument literally 10 mins walk from the (in?)famous Khao San
Rd a few years ago and got an opportunity to visit soon after. The equipment and reagent selection were incredible.

Nice, I live 40 minutes from there maybe I'll visit some day.
There are like 2 other stores near the democracy monument that sells good chemicals.
I think the law here forbids explosives, radioactive chemicals and pyrotechnic for people without the proper license. I asked if sodium perchlorate
was for sale and one store told me its restricted, but nitric acid is quite cheap.
The law bans all uranium and thorium for unlicensed people but 2% thorated electrodes are for sale in most local stores, tritium is legal though.

True paradise is mother China.
Literally, no one gives a crap, blow up any rock or boulder you want as long as it's not on someone's land.
The cops don't spy on you (Population is too big for that to work)
Super cheap everything.
Almost everything online is free shipping in China.
Lots of rural lands to do whatever you want, just don't hurt anyone.
Huge amount of crazy people who would have the same interest as you, no matter what hobby.
A guy was making drugs for years before he was caught, he didn't know it was illegal so he was just running experiments without any caution.
Goes to great length to show the freedom... Maybe a little too much, not that I'm complaining.
