Synthesize of triglycerides

Hello,I'm new here.I want to ask some question,does anyone here know how to synthesize triglycerides?can it be made by normal esterification process?

What sorts of triglycerides do you want to synthesize and why? They are, after all, pretty OTC. :D

I think I want to synthesize Capric/Caprylic triglycerides as solvent for essential oil.....Any idea to synthesize it?:)
