Paid consulting?

Would a list of members who are able to do paid consulting work in their fields be useful to anyone?
It would be to me, both for being on it (work) and for have easy ready contact with others.
If there's any problems however could the board end up being dragged into a dispute, that would crap and the risk of it negates the benefit, but i see this as unlikely because i'm an optimisted ;) and think everyone should just get along.

Sure. It sounds interesting in theory.

Obviously having agreements in place for "sensitive" issues
(IP and other conflict of interest) would have to be sorted out.

A list of people to refer initial concepts to would be a good idea.
