Periodic Table with Ionic Charges

I know this is a stupid question, but I've looked everywhere on the internet and I can't find a periodic table with ionic charges. My teacher gave us copies of it, but that was a while ago, and I need it to study for an exam for tomorrow. Can someone please tell me where to find it?

I don't want to sound like an idiot, but I can't find the ionic charges on the elements...

Look for 'reduction potentials' on the left side. Such as this
