No it doesn't.

At least, I've never heard of "Mo-304", and certainly not in conjuction with nails and other building materials (e.g., A36).

"Mo" is the chemical symbol for the element molybdenum, and "304" is an AISI designation for a common stainless steel alloy. AISI 304 does not contain any significant amount of molybdenum.

"Mo-304" could suggest a number of things, the most likely thing that comes to mind is the atomic weight (compare "U238" for the uranium isotope), but no atom exists or has been constructed with nearly 304 nucleons, and is fully impossible to form with molybdenum (atomic number 42, it would have to contain 262 neutrons!).

Your screen name says you are from India. Your terminology and standards may be different from ours. I must say you came to the wrong place, as we are not very involved in Indian construction materials and metallurgy.

Sounds like a grade of alloy steel to me.
