Publishing on SCM

sciencemadness have a good number of posts on republications, so why not make one step further and make something like an amateur science online journal for chem related subjects?

I think its beneficial for all.

This has been discussed and attempted a number of times. It comes down to nobody is interested in doing the editing work and the user submissions are far too erratic. You'll notice that only a few members post the majority of prepub material, many dont post anymore, and there are quite a few nice preps outside of prepub as well, buried in threads.

Instead of trying to make a journal out of it, I suggest focusing efforts into improving the index of amateur synthesis here: https://www.sciencemadness.org/whisper/viewthread.php?tid=27...
