Science Secret Santa!

I thought this might be of interest:
Redditgifts are doing a science secret Santa where you both get paired up with random people and send a gift science related.
Hopefully that means glassware etc and not tshirts.
I realise this probably belongs in whimsy but I would like everyone to see this.

could be interesting, too bad i dont live in the US and the chemists in my country are extremely often very uninteresting and ultra egoistic and doesnt participate in the event :/

there should be an europe version, however :D

We should do our own version! That would be pretty neat. We could send each-other reagents and whatnot which we have in excess.

We should, I think it's a brilliant idea.

nope.. not in the UK
im in a country which has record low amounts of chemists
in my country we have a chemistry forum, the admin is over exaggerating everything, i recall that he made a big pile of really really shitty BP -- so shitty that he managed to burn a hole in the ground with it
and thats the admin of that forum, which can and will judge you lunatic out of nowhere
i only know one other chemist in my country and im not even sure if he does chemistry or just sells chemicals in general

there are great chances im the most active homechemist in my entire country, infact..

How about some coins as a gift?

At the end of the day, simulating atoms doesn't beat working with the real things...
