Diethylurea syntesis?

I've read about a patent for making candles with colored flames. It involves making candles out of diethylurea (it produces a nearly colorless, alcohol-like flame) and coloring this flame with metal chloride or perchlorate salts.

Does anyone know how to make diethylurea from urea?

Smells like ammonia....
