You may find these links already answer your query

http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=3384

http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=8975

http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=10959

If you don't know much , these are more important

http://www.chem.cuhk.edu.hk/lab_technique_2basic.htm
http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=6881

It is forum protocal that you search the forum first for threads already
posted before you needlessly start another on the same topic.
