That
was published firstly in 1914 by Bridgman (who is in Wikipedia), and revised by him (he died in 1961) in 1936. It is out-of-copyright in many
countries, and has been reprinted by Dover Publications; but it does not seem to have scanned into an ebook anywhere. However, the following more
recent publication, Condensed Collections of Thermodynamic Formulas by G Tunell (Carnegie Institution-1985), largely based upon
Bridgman's work, can be downloaded (over 600 pages):
