The Last Orange Book?

ATF may not be making an updated Orange Book. Since 2007 was a last printing there have been addendums but no attempt has been made to print a fully noted text. DHS has several booklets, one being "Chemicals of Interest" (but it's bigger that 2Mb so I can't U/L it here).
Licensing criteria have not changed since '07 and basically the laws in place Federally have not expanded with the exception of restoration of rights compliance (good luck). The fed has GENERALLY made their updates every other year; with a long run from 1999 to '03 and now '07 seems likly to be that last one if they shift to DHS (& the Gov't Printing Office) making available the printed letter of the law.
So for all of you who have legal questions, here is the LAST real Orange Book.
