help for making anode

Hello, I would make a relatively inert anode with the greatest possible otc.

So this is the choise available to me:

lead dioxide-I have lead, carbon anode, 95% nitric acid and copper.
- problem I do not know the wish consentration of the solution or the type of the apparatus.

ATO anode - I think that applies more to my needs but I do not know in general, I have a welding rod 50/50 tin / antimony.
-the problem, I have no idea (aside from the topic about the ato anode , which recommended alkoloxy tin complex.

Magnetite: I have iron.
-I dont have acétylène torch so I need to put a layer of magnetite on a substrate.

So what of the following would you say to me, and a simple way to make them.

for those wondering, I read over 50 pages about anodes on sciencemadness.

oxy hydrogen torch

as for heating build an oxy hydrogen torch or if you have propane they have these small oxygen bottles that can be burned with propane for heating acetylene is to expensive or even use a Fresnel lens for heating you can get one from old crt monitors or tvs
there was a patent using hemitite that was prepared from clay sodium nitrate and iron

lead one would be easy easiest electroplate lead dioxide onto an cathode (iron copper) by running electricity through lead nitrate solution and graphite anode

Have you tried to deposit PbO2 on the "poor man's mmo" that you made?
