selenic acid

A guy on YouTube claims to make selenic acid by dissolving selenium in hydrogen peroxide. I don't think it is selenic acid. Any opinions?

Thanks. 7:57 he said that copper selenite is soluble, i dont know if he means soluble in water or acid. But im sure it is insoluble. It is selenite which is easiest to make, because don't form suspension and powder precipitated instantly, i made it 5 times, when i have extra selenite i always make Na and Cu selenites.

But i know this Chanel, i like it. Everything I tried according to him came out. I try this too, but I do not know when.
