Carbohydrazide

碳水化合物肼

I have been browsing the internet recently and I saw carbohydrazide. Can I use NaOH to convert it into hydrazine? If there is a detailed method, please let me know. Thank you.

You can convert it to urazine by heating the hydrochloride which yields hydrazine hydrochloride as a main byproduct. This can then be isolated as the sulfate by adding sulfuric acid to the solution. If you look for the urazine perchlorate thread you can find a little more detailed info.
