I don't know whether this is pertinent, but liquefying N2 takes quite a bit of energy, and your beautiful country has chose to decommission
many GW of nuclear energy over the past few years. This has done a lot of damage to industries, such as the chemical industry, which require large and
steady energy supplies.

It's hard for me to get LN2 in India too. I tried to find em nearby but no luck, they only supply to industries.
Water is dangerous if you don't know how to handle it, elemental fluorine (F₂) on the other hand is pretty tame if you know what you are doing.

You could make liquid air yourself if that would do for your purpose, its very similar.
But you need to buy one of those sterling cryocoolers or cryo coolends (see youtube) and these usually is quite expensive when found on auctionsites
but i guess liquid nitrogen probably is expensive too.
Another way is to use a nitrogen separator filter that separates out the nitrogen from air (or was it oxygen), but those are also not cheap.
But there are ways to make it if you are determined enough and can spend some on equipment.
