Sterile tube welder and tube endcapper/sealer for sale

* Sterile Connecting Tubing Welder, Terumo Model TSCD,
* Tube Sealer, Teruflex Model ACS-152,

These two items i recently acquired, does anyone have the labx registration to examine the bidding and sale history as i'm at a loss as what to try and get for them. They are in as new condition and retail for several thousand i believe.
As i'm not well versed in biotech lab setups i'm unsure whether to believe (as i have been told) that they are standard necessary ware for any biotech lab, can anyone confirm this.
Any relevant input would be appreciated.
