Well, yes, Wizard. People come on here to solve their problems/inquiries and it often stems from a selfish point of view. However, as self-centered as
it may seem at a moment, other people have the same problems and inquires and so the common goal is met in the long run.
That being said, you use more bandwidth on here than YouTube. I like reading a patent here or there, but in every post it just becomes overwhelming
and often doesn't make any relevant sense.
You know a ton of stuff and a simple "I read that ____________according to [author's name]". That will make you a really dapper poster.

I think that it is good for the Wizard to post quotes like he does, as long as they are on topic.

Hey wiz, I don't know if this post was semi-directed at me due to me stating the current accident thread had gotten out of hand. It just didn't seem
like an appropriate place for a lot of the junk that was being posted there.
I'm also not sure if you mean specifically your posts that are being targeted. I know they tend to receive a lot of criticisms for being garrulous and
some times of questionable relevance to the discussion. I personally can usually find the connection to most of your postings to the original topic,
and sometimes cannot fully read them all. There in lies the benefit of the little scroll button in the middle of my mouse. However, I do appreciate them and don't consider them a waste of bytes.
Can you give me a more specific example of the aforementioned topics so I can better understand your compliant? ( so as to properly fill out and punch
your TS card.LOL)

There are too many youngsters here who are as deep as a bird bath but
imagine themselves to be professors teaching oceanography.

I find most of Wizzard's posts useful and if I don't want to read them I can just skip over them. Plus the older references are more likely to be
correct. In the internet age anyone that can move a mouse can publish and you really can't believe what you read....
Its also interesting to rank the forums I read in order of
politeness best to worst
firearms related
robot fighting
science maddness
body building
I was surprised at how polite the gun people are. (but the mods lock the treads up quite quickly too).

That probably doesn't make much sense either.
