The implication of the statement is that it is in some way better than ordinary water.

The worst part, is that I tricked one of my gullible friends into believing these were for real 
I would also like to draw your attention to the *intelligent* comments posted on said videos. Bear in mind, these people represent the general
populace; the statistics fit the bell curve, about 3 guys get the joke (4 including myself), most of them don't get it, and some are completely lost
or just don't care.
