I ask first question:

What is standard enthalpy of formation acetic acid,ammonium bicarbonate,ammonium acetate?
I want to calculate enthalpy of this reaction
NH4HCO3 + CH3COOH = CH3COONH4 + CO2 + H2O

Enthalpy changes for reactions can be obtained by simply subtracting the heats
of formation of the reactants from the heats of formation of the products. Thus
if the heats of formation of reactants that form the compound are known , the
∆Hf , Heat of formation of the compound will also be known.
These are signed numbers and so observe the rules of integer arithmetic.

Find the listed enthalpy for as many compounds as you can in standard references,
such as CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics , or NIST online

As Microtek had correctly pointed out to me here

There will be a net heat loss or gain in the reaction scheme which is more
in keeping with what you may be inquiring about , but that is beyond my
memory of chemical thermodynamics.

Can someone here offer an explanation on how to proceed ?
